Matheson announces first recipient of sponsored scholarships at UCD School of Law

Matheson has announced the first recipient of its series of sponsored doctoral scholarships at the UCD School of Law.

Following an independent application process, Elizabeth Corcoran has been chosen for the first scholarship, which will commence later this year.

The selection of the recipient of the inaugural bursary follows the announcement earlier this year that Matheson would sponsor three four-year doctoral scholarships at UCD.

The scholarships cover both tuition fees and an annual bursary, and will support research in the areas of financial services law, company law and corporate governance.
