AUTHOR(S): Alan Chiswick
PRACTICE AREA GROUP: Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions
DATE: 26.02.2016

Matheson’s Alan Chiswick has won the prestigious International Law Office (ILO) Client Choice Award in the M&A category. The ILO award winners are chosen following direct feedback from clients on more than 800 of the best legal service providers in over 50 jurisdictions.

Alan is a partner in the Corporate Group at Matheson. He advises on public and private company mergers, take-overs and acquisitions (both domestic and cross-border), equity fundraisings, joint ventures, reorganisations and corporate advisory work.

Matheson partners have won the Client Choice awards for Ireland for seven years in a row.

Established in 2005, the Client Choice awards recognise those partners around the world that stand apart for the excellent client service they provide. The criteria for the awards focus on the ability to add real value to clients’ business above and beyond other players in the market. Uniquely, these awards survey senior corporate counsel only, with this year’s winners chosen from a pool of more than 2,000 individual client assessments.
