Matheson hosts breakfast seminar on pension and employment law changes

On Thursday, 21 February 2013, Matheson held a breakfast seminar covering significant developments in the pensions and employment law sectors.

Brian Buggy, head of Matheson’s Pensions Practice, chaired the seminar, which consisted of talks from a number of associates and focused on major changes and their likely effect on employers, employees and pension scheme trustees.

Among the topics covered included changes to the State pension age, the introduction of a new universal pension scheme and recent case law developments.
