Deirdre-Ann Barr is a partner and member of the professional standards team at Matheson. In 2009, she established the firm’s risk management and professional standards function to develop and monitor compliance with the firm’s policies of best practice.

As a former corporate partner, Deirdre-Ann worked as a transactional lawyer in the Corporate Finance Group and in knowledge management for more than ten years.

Deirdre-Ann is a member of the Company Law Review Group, the statutory advisory expert body charged with advising the Minister for Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation on the review and development of company law in Ireland.

Deirdre-Ann is also a Notary Public.
