Extending the Network - New Double Tax Treaties Signed

Ireland has recently signed double tax agreements with Singapore, Hong Kong, Montenegro, Morocco, United Arab Emirates and Kuwait. In total, Ireland has now signed comprehensive double taxation agreements with 62 countries, of which 49 are in effect.

Negotiations for new agreements with Armenia, Kuwait, Panama, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and a new agreement replacing the existing treaty with Germany, have been concluded and are expected to be signed shortly.

Ireland’s comprehensive tax treaty network is an important part of the overall attractiveness in continuing to attract inward investment. For a full list of current double taxation treaties, please click here.
