Matheson Hosts Competition Compliance Breakfast Seminar

On Tuesday, 20 November 2012 the EU, Competition and Regulatory Law Group at Matheson held the first of two breakfast seminars that cover the topics of Competition Compliance and Dawn Raids.

Helen Kelly, the head of the EU, Competition and Regulatory Group, led the first seminar, which focused on explaining how to make businesses compliant with EU and Irish competition law.

The seminar, which provided practical guidance on how to identify areas of potential concern, also looked at likely areas of regulatory focus, different types of agreements and at the penalties for breaches of the legislation.
