Stuart’s win is reflective of his extensive experience in advising on the structuring of cross border aircraft purchase, sale, financing and leasing transactions and on structured finance, ABS (asset-backed securitisation) and repackaging transactions relating to aircraft, including the establishment of special purpose companies funded by public and private issuances.

Richard Kelly was also shortlisted for Capital Markets as a structured finance, Rising Star: Ireland.

Turlough Galvin, partner and Co-Head of the Finance and Capital Markets Group said “This award is a great way to recognise the quality of the work provided to us by our clients, the scale and complexity of those deals and the positive client feedback that Stuart and Richard receive.”

This result adds to the firms multiple award wins this year and these successes bring welcome public recognition to the innovative advice being offered by our colleagues to clients in this sector.
