Gender Pay Gap Reporting
Gender pay gap reporting is new to Ireland and is a mandatory requirement. The first compliance deadline is December 2022 and is for employers with 250 or more employees. The workforce threshold numbers will decline on a staggered basis over the next two years. Smaller employers with less than 50 employees will remain exempt.
