We would like to extend an invitation to you as an expert in your field to attend an upcoming expert witness training event that Matheson is hosting in association with Medical Protection. The training event will focus on the role of an expert witness in medical negligence claims and complaints to the Medical Council of Ireland. We will discuss the common pitfalls encountered by experts in preparing expert reports, and we will also conduct a mock cross examination
