Peter O’Brien, partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Group, spoke at the Loan Market Association (“LMA”) seminar in Dublin on Wednesday, 19 September 2018.
Peter was part of an expert panel including Kam Mahil (LMA), John Breslin (Maples and Calder), and Siobhan Carlin (William Fry). The panel discussed “hot topics” in the syndicated loan market such as leveraged finance trends, Brexit, recent case law on default interest and loan enforcement, LIBOR / EURIBOR and the Credit Reporting Act 2013. Furthermore, additional panels covered an LMA update, financial technology and syndicated lending trends in the European and Irish loan markets.
