Matheson LLP is delighted to have been shortlisted in four categories at the prestigious People in Law Awards 2024, namely: Excellence in Learning & Development; Best Early Talent Recruitment Campaign; Best Innovation Through Technology; and Best Social Mobility Initiative.
In the Excellence in Learning & Development category, Matheson has been shortlisted for its Pathways programme, an agile and sustainable learning programme which identifies skills and capabilities for every employee in the firm to achieve as part of their career development.
Matheson's innovative The Matheson Way graduate recruitment programme has been shortlisted for the Best Early Talent Recruitment Campaign, while Thrive, the firm's customised mentoring platform, which was launched in 2023, has been shortlisted in the Best Innovation Through Technology category. Finally, Matheson's Impactful Business Programme, launched in 2021, and which brings together our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I); Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Environmental Sustainability and The Arts initiatives together under one umbrella, has been nominated for the Best Social Mobility Initiative.
Matheson's entries are up against those from some of the largest law firms in Europe and the UK. The People in Law Awards recognise the very best people achievements across the legal industry and will take place in London on Thursday, 2 May. We are proud to be the only Irish law firm to be shortlisted in any category.
