We address the impact of Irish tax residence either in terms of the individuals’ own personal wealth (outside of employment based remuneration) or alternatively concerning those sources of wealth of which they may be beneficiaries, such as non-resident family trusts.  This inevitably requires sophisticated cross-border legal and tax planning often working alongside client advisers in other jurisdictions.
