Matheson is pleased to have advised Ardian Infrastructure on its acquisition of Energia Group from I Squared Capital.
Energia is a leading integrated energy utility serving nearly 900,000 homes and businesses across the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. The company supplies approximately 17% of the island’s total electricity and 20% of its wind power, combining renewables, flexible generation and customer solutions.
