  • Equinix, one of the world’s leading data centre and colocation providers for enterprise network and cloud computing, on its acquisition of BT’s Irish data centres business.
  • Vertiv Holdings, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions in relation to the $1.8 billion purchase of E& l Engineering Ireland, a Donegal based provider of electrical switchgear and power distribution systems to data centres.
  • Winthrop Technologies, Europe’s leading dedicated turnkey data centre delivery provider, and its shareholders, on its strategic partnership with funds managed by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities and affiliated funds.
  • Brookfield Renewables, on a renewable energy procurement project and a corporate PPA for one of the largest data centres constructed in Ireland to date and on 2 corporate PPAs with US headquartered multinationals.
  • Ardian Infrastructure, on its acquisition of Energia Group, an integrated utility with a significant data centre development pipeline, including advising on grid connection, planning, real estate and related matters.
  • sellers on the sale of Hanley Energy Group, a provider of energy management and critical power solutions serving the data centre infrastructure market, to Jabil, Inc.
  • Waterland Private Equity in relation to their investment in MTM Engineering, an Irish headquartered specialist data centre cable expert providing turn-key cable installation and termination services and MTM Engineering’s bolt-on acquisition of CET Connect, an Irish-headquartered leading provider of structured cabling, IT network infrastructure and fibre optic services and ATSS Ventures, a specialist provider of structured cabling and fibre optic cabling services.
