The Summer Legislative Programme 2024 saw the Companies (Corporate Governance, Enforcement and Regulatory Provisions) Bill included on the list of items for priority publication. The General Scheme of this much anticipated bill has helpfully been published so we now have a sense of what to expect, in broad terms, once the legislation lands.
