Matheson’s Helen Kelly, Partner and Head of the EU, Competition and Regulatory Law Group, has been named as one of the world’s top 100 lawyers by Global Competition Review in its Women in Antitrust 2016 publication. Helen has expertise in EU and Irish merger control advising on Phase I and Phase II investigations as well as advising on a range of other competition issues including dominance and cartels, State aid and public procurement. Helen is the only Irish practising lawyer on the global list.
