Matheson recently advised Singaporean property developer Oxley and Nama in connection with the agreement to sell residential blocks B and E of Dublin Landings development for €156.4m to property developer, Greystar Europe Holdings. Under the agreement Greystar will obtain the 268 residential apartments and 210 car parking spaces available.
