Matheson is delighted to announce that Tara Doyle, partner and head of Asset Management and Investment Funds Department has won the “Legal Adviser of the Year” at the 2019 Women in Finance Awards Ireland. Tara has won this award for the second consecutive year.
The Women in Finance Awards series aims to redress the gender imbalance, by showcasing the achievements of women in the sector and identifying new role models. This growing awards series acts as a flagship and high-profile platform to support the industry in its mission to move the dial on gender.
The judges cited that this win was reflective on Tara’s “leading voice in the asset management industry, her numerous accolades and [being] the first female head of an Irish asset management practice where she advises many of the world’s leading financial institutions and has built a reputation of clear vision, leadership and commands an impressive expertise of law”.
This achievement adds to the department’s multiple award wins this year and these successes bring welcome public recognition to the clear, expert and innovative advice being offered by our colleagues to clients in this sector.
