Matheson has been recognised as the number one Irish law firm for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) by deal volume for 2021, by the leading publication Mergermarket.
Based on the latest Mergermarket database, as at 10 February 2022, Matheson has topped the league table of Irish M&A legal advisers, being ranked number one by deal volume for 2021. Matheson advised on 49 notified transactions during the year, with a total value of almost $11.5 billion, more than any other Irish law firm.
