The team continues to grow in both size and experience consolidating its position as a highly respected internationally focused presence. With a stand-alone practice area in Matheson for the past 20 years, the team is now the largest in size it has ever been. Our Employment Team is the only employment practice in Ireland with substantial multi-jurisdictional expertise drawing on the experience of a number of our lawyers who are qualified or have worked in the UK and / or the US for a period of time. While our practice is exclusively Irish law, this gives us an added understanding of where our US and UK clients are coming from in assessing their issues. We are also unique in the Irish market in our long recognised level of insight into and experience in advising international employers on their Irish operations, in particular in the tech, pharma and financial services sectors.
