Matheson has been awarded a record number of Deals of the Year 2019 by Finance Dublin for its work on major deals in the international and domestic corporate and financial services sectors.
The winning deals were awarded under five categories including mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, debt capital markets, financial services, and loans and financing.
A broad range of Matheson teams have been recognised in this year’s awards from the Corporate Department, Finance and Capital Markets Department, Tax Department and Listing Services.
The criteria upon which the awards are made include the significance and relevance of each deal to its sector, the in-depth expertise in law and regulation required, together with the innovation and the complexity of each deal.
