Matheson Receives Three Awards by the Women in Business Law Awards Europe 2020

Sharon Daly has been awarded ‘Best in Litigation’, Ruth Hunter awarded ‘Best in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications’ and Catherine O’Meara awarded ‘Best in Transfer Pricing’.

Best in Litigation -  Sharon Daly
Sharon Daly is Head of Matheson’s London Office and is a partner in the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department. Sharon is widely acknowledged as one of the leading corporate litigators in Ireland with over 25 years’ experience in all aspects of commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

Best in Technology, Media, and Telecommunications -  Ruth Hunter
Ruth Hunter is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Department. She focuses on the area of film and television production including the negotiation and drafting of financing agreements, distribution agreements, equity and tax based financing arrangements, writers agreements, actors, directors, designers and composers agreements.

Best in Transfer Pricing -  Catherine O’Meara
Catherine has significant experience advising multinational corporations doing business in Ireland on Irish corporate tax. Catherine has a particular interest in transfer pricing, competent authority matters and business restructurings and also has extensive experience in structuring inward investment projects, mergers and acquisitions and corporate reorganisations.
