Matheson are delighted to have assisted Kota, an all-in-one employee benefits platform, obtaining its authorisation as an insurance intermediary with the Central Bank of Ireland.
The Matheson team advising on this authorisation was led by the Head of Financial Institutions, Darren Maher, and included senior associate Catherine Macfarlane and associate James Grogan.
Matheson has also advised Kota on their recent Series A investment round where over $14.5million was raised. The Matheson team was led by partner Caroline Kearns who was supported by senior associate Catherine Finn and trainee Loughlin Russell.
