Caroline is a partner in our tax department which is significantly the largest tax practice group amongst Irish law firms with over 40 lawyers and tax advisers and 17 partners and tax principals. Caroline advises on cross border tax planning, transfer pricing, tax controversy matters and inward investment projects. Caroline also has extensive experience in international corporate restructurings as well as mergers and acquisitions on an international and national level.
