Matheson has a market leading practice in relation to structuring and documenting receivables finance transactions of all kinds. We work with both providers of finance and entities seeking to raise finance in relation to receivables purchase transactions with a view to achieving off balance sheet treatment under applicable rules. We also work on invoice discounting transactions on a regular basis and work with many of the leading providers of invoice discounting finance on their template documents. We also have extensive experience in relation to working on structures that do not involve outright sales (such as sub-participation structures and similar arrangements). We also work regularly with providers of supply chain finance solutions in the Irish market. We have extensive experience in relation to receivables securitisation of all kinds whether involving one off securitisation transactions or transactions involving the use of established receivables purchase programmes.
