Matheson shortlisted for Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2024

Matheson is delighted to confirm that it has been shortlisted across 21 categories in the Women in Business Law EMEA 2024 Awards.  Thirteen of our lawyers have been recognised across the practice areas of: Aviation; Banking & Finance; Commercial Arbitration; Corporate Governance;  Insurance & Reinsurance; Litigation; M&A; Privacy & Data Protection; Real Estate; and Tax.

In the firm categories, Matheson has been shortlisted for the following national firm awards: 'Ireland Firm of the Year' ; 'Career Development'; and 'Pro Bono Work'.

The Women in Business Law EMEA Awards 2024 celebrates women lawyers and legal teams in the EMEA region, recognising their efforts in helping women to advance in the legal profession.   

Women in Business Law has introduced two new categories this year, recognising firms for their efforts in Thought Leadership and ESG and the advancement of women in the legal profession.  These diverse categories are designed to recognise the growing talent pool of women in law in the 'Rising Stars' category and to celebrate women leaders in their field in the 'Practice Area' awards.
