Business Services Graduate Programme

Our business services teams collaborate with our legal teams to support the delivery of client services.

At Matheson, we continuously strive to attract, engage and develop the best business talent across our business services functions. The Matheson Business Services Graduate Programme has been designed to support our core values of diversity, innovation and entrepreneurship.

This two year programme will provide the successful applicants with skills and experience derived from working across a number of our innovative and dynamic business functions including Human Resources; Learning and Development; Risk Management; IT; Marketing; and Business Development.   

During the programme you will complete four rotations in different departments giving you a real insight into our work, people and culture and what it is like to be a business services professional in Ireland’s largest law firm.

Throughout the programme, a key focus will be providing the successful applicants with the training and development required to support their professional and personal skills development. Each graduate on the programme will also be assigned a mentor from the business services leadership team.  You will also have opportunities to actively engage in our Impactful Business Programme and other firm wide initiatives.

Our main criteria is that you have, or you are on course to graduate from your undergraduate degree.  Graduates from any course are welcome to apply to this programme. You must be a resident of the Republic of Ireland during the programme.
