Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution
Matheson’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Group is market-leading. Our disputes lawyers regularly represent clients in mediation, arbitration, expert determination and adjudication as a means to resolve disputes without incurring the costs of litigation, or where mandated by contract.
We build multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with subject-matter experts across Matheson, to ensure that our clients benefit from subject-matter expertise.
Our lawyers appreciate that not all disputes are created equal and understand the strategic importance of using alternatives to the traditional courts system, especially where issues such as confidentiality and efficiency are key. A number of our partners are also accredited mediators with the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (“CEDR”).
