Matheson has advised The Riverside Company (“Riverside”) on the sale of Netwatch to GI Partners, a San Francisco-headquartered private investment firm.
Netwatch Ireland is an Irish based private security company which supplies a range of cutting edge commercial and residential tech-based solutions to customers across multiple sectors, worldwide. The firm worked in collaboration with Jones Day London and US teams on this transaction.
Matheson previously advised Riverside on its acquisition of Netwatch in 2018.
