Matheson recently advised Rohde & Schwarz GmbH & Co KG (“Rohde & Schwarz”), a global technology group based in Germany on its acquisition of Software Radio Systems Ltd (“SRS”), an Irish based technology company specialising in software for wireless systems, bolstering Rohde & Schwarz’s software defined radio (SDR) technology portfolio and strengthening its position in the market for mobile and radiocommunications software.
