Private investment firm Graham Partners advised on its acquisition of medical device manufacturer Smithstown Light Engineering

Matheson is pleased to have advised Graham Partners, a private investment firm targeting advanced manufacturing companies, on its acquisition of Smithstown Light Engineering (SLE). SLE is a medical device manufacturer specialising in highly engineered, machined components and sub-assemblies for orthopedic, endoscopic, vascular and neurological surgical applications.
