Matheson have advised the sellers including Grafton Street Boulevard DAC on the sale of AA Ireland group to Abry Partners, a US private equity firm.  Founded in 1910, the automotive services company supports motorists and households with comprehensive roadside assistance and a wide range of insurance solutions.
