This strategically important transaction, which completed on 4 June 2024, enhances the specialist capabilities and product range of Pen Underwriting, creating further growth opportunities, and establishes its first on-the-ground presence in Ireland. It is the Gallagher group’s sixth acquisition in the Irish market in the last two years.
