Supervisory Authorities (“ESAs”) have issued a joint opinion on the assessment of the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”). The publication of the own-initiative opinion follows the European Commission (“Commission”) consultation on the review of the SFDR issued in September 2023.
