We want to be clear that we do not use any client data to train GenAI models. Any information processed through our GenAI tools is handled in strict accordance with our data protection obligations and our duty of confidentiality to you. Client data remains secure and is never used for the purposes of training, fine-tuning, or otherwise developing any AI system.
Trained and Responsible Use
All Matheson personnel who use GenAI tools have received appropriate training to ensure that these tools are used responsibly, accurately, and in a manner consistent with our professional standards and obligations. Our lawyers and staff understand both the capabilities and the limitations of GenAI, and human oversight is maintained at every stage of our work.
