David O’Mahony is a partner in the Finance and Capital Markets Department.
David has extensive experience advising in relation to secured and unsecured lending transactions, bilateral loans, real estate finance, syndicated loans, debt restructuring, receivables finance, project finance and fund finance.
He currently acts for several leading Irish and international banks and financial institutions, non-bank lenders and a wide range of corporate borrowers.

David has advised:
- An international financial institution in respect of a €380 million reverse invoice discounting facility.
- Domestic financial institutions in relation to a number of bespoke off balance sheet receivables financings.
- A number of leading Irish and international banks in connection with a number of facilities, both term and revolving, to a number of large Irish PLCs.
- International and domestic financial institutions and sponsors in relation to a number of project financings in Ireland in relation to wind farms, solar farms and battery storage facilities.
- International and domestic financial institutions in relation to a number of property financing transactions involving Irish regulated funds.
- Domestic financial institutions in relation to template finance documents.
