Jim regularly co-ordinates, attends and records the minutes at quarterly board meetings of various regulated and non-regulated entities within the financial services sector in Ireland. Jim has responsibility for maintaining the statutory records of a varied portfolio of Irish registered companies, ensuring such companies are compliant with their public filing obligations and for providing such companies with ongoing advice and support in respect of all matters of a company secretarial nature during specific corporate transactions.

Jim is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
