Matheson Advises Felicis Ventures on a Further Investment in Tines
Matheson is pleased to have advised US venture capital firm, Felicis Ventures, on its further investment in Tines, as part of a $50 million extension of a Series B funding round, having advised Felicis on its original investment in the security automation company in 2022. The cross-departmental Matheson team advising Felicis was led by Corporate M&A partners Brian McCloskey and Robert Maloney Derham, associate Dan McAleese and solicitor John Tye Sillem.
