We have significant experience advising on and implementing tax-efficient share incentive plans with both our Employment Pensions and Benefits Group and our Corporate and Commercial Group.
The increasing mobility of workforces brings particular challenges for employers in complying with complex corporation tax, payroll tax and social security rules, where legislation or Revenue guidance is often being updated in a way that can significantly ‘move the goalposts’ for employers.
