SDL III is the largest institutional private credit fund in the market to date, which attracted equity commitments of approximately $15.3 billion, surpassing its $10 billion target. With anticipated leverage and equity commitments in related vehicles, the total expected to be amassed by SDL III amounts to $33.6 billion. SDL III is nearly double the size of SDL II, its predecessor, which Matheson also advised.
