107 in-house counsel in Ireland publically recognised
Matheson, Ireland's largest law firm, was delighted this week to host an event to mark the publication of the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Ireland 2022.
Each year, the Legal 500 GC Powerlist recognises leading corporate counsel in Ireland and acknowledges their vital contribution to the strategic direction and growth of their organisations and the industry sectors in which they operate. The GC Powerlist 2022 identifies the leading in-house counsel determined by the Legal 500 to have made a notable impact on their company or industry through innovation, creativity, and excellence in technical advice or advancing a working model that other corporate counsel should try to emulate.

2022 marks the second year of a three-year agreement between Matheson and The Legal 500. The Legal 500 is a research, ranking and publishing firm based in the UK. The company assesses global law firms and lawyers for its publications, including annual lists and guides. The Legal 500 publishes its GC Powerlist annually, which includes its 500 top-rated lawyers in various regions of the world.
In March 2022, Matheson became the first Irish law firm to partner with The Legal 500 for its brand new Global Green Guide series.
