Matheson Advises Bauer Media on Agreement to Acquire Beat 102-103

Matheson is advising Bauer Media Audio, Europe’s leading digital commercial audio and radio operator, in relation to its agreement to acquire Beat 102-103. Completion of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.

The cross departmental Matheson team advising Bauer Media Audio was led on the Corporate M&A side by partner Rob Barrett, associate Joanna Crowley and solicitor Rachel Hodgins, and, on the Competition and Regulatory side, by partner Niall Collins, senior associate Simon Shinkwin and associate Laura McDonnell.
