Matheson Advises Cellnex on Closing Sale of Its Irish Business to PTI

Matheson LLP is delighted to have advised Cellnex Telecom, Europe's largest telecommunications towers and infrastructures operator, on the sale of its Irish business to Phoenix Tower International. The sale was conditional on receipt of CCPC approval and FDI approval which was received earlier this month, following a complex CCPC approval process.
