As part of the Financial Administration Services and Compliance team, Catherine provides a comprehensive and quality company secretarial, company law compliance, and corporate governance best practice service and is responsible for the maintenance of the statutory records for many of the leading Irish and international financial institutions, such as investment funds, both UCITS and non-UCITS, aircraft leasing companies and structured finance vehicles, ensuring such companies are compliant with their public filing obligations.

Catherine provides such companies with ongoing advice and support in respect of all matters of a company secretarial nature during specific corporate transactions. She provides advice on board meeting best practices, regularly co-ordinates, attends and records the minutes at quarterly board meetings of various regulated and non-regulated entities within the financial services sector in Ireland.

Catherine is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
