- The establishment of various private equity fund structures for US and European managers.
- A $2.6bn business combination of an Irish-registered biotech with a NASDAQ-listed SPAC, including a corresponding PIPE investment.
- The establishment of numerous Irish aircraft leasing businesses.
- Acting for investors and issuers in numerous structured finance and capital markets transactions.
- Acting for borrowers and syndicates of lenders in various fund financing rounds, including subscription line facilities.
