The Aviation Finance and Transportation Group at Matheson is looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team. You will be joining a team with a proven track record in advising international financial institutions, airlines and aircraft leasing companies on all aspects of the financing and leasing of aircraft and aircraft engines and other asset classes. Matheson’s Aviation Finance and Transportation Group advises on Irish law matters related to complex cross-border financings (including those supported by the Export-Import Bank of China, the European Export Credit Agencies and the US Export-Import Bank), ABS (asset-backed securitisations) and repackaging transactions. The group also has a strong aviation regulatory practice and regularly advise Irish airlines and leasing companies on airline licencing and registration issues with the Irish Aviation Authority and Commission for Aviation Regulation in addition to all aspects of the Cape Town Convention and Aircraft Protocol.
