Matheson recently launched the She Leads Network, a new initiative established under the diversity and inclusion pillar of the Impactful Business Programme to foster connection, mentoring and professional growth across the firm.
The Network was developed in response to colleague feedback from the She Leads Pathway, Matheson’s flagship female development programme, which supports the retention and advancement of female talent and helps prepare colleagues for senior leadership roles. Feedback from Pathway participants and a subsequent firmwide survey highlighted a strong appetite for networking, mentoring, career development and leadership-focused opportunities.
The inaugural She Leads Network event featured insights from Rebecca Ryan, Head of the Healthcare Group and Co-Chair of Matheson’s D&I Committee, and Rachel Kenny, senior associate and member of the Gender Inclusion Committee, followed by networking discussions across Matheson’s Dublin, Cork and London offices. Conversations explored themes including career development, confidence, mentoring, leadership and work-life integration.
