Dylan has over 10 years’ experience specialising in commercial litigation, restructuring and insolvency. His restructuring and insolvency expertise is advising examiners, liquidators and receivers of companies, as well as acting in corporate transactions and in court applications required for various forms of corporate restructuring. He has experience in all aspects of commercial litigation, with particular expertise in shareholder disputes and in obtaining and defending interlocutory applications.
