Matheson is delighted to have advised Castlethorn on its partnership with the Land Development Agency (LDA) in connection with the delivery of the landmark Parkgate Street development in Dublin. The project will deliver 562 new homes on a strategically located city centre site adjacent to Heuston Station.
The development will comprise four interconnected apartment buildings, including Parkgate Pointe, a 30-storey tower which is set to become Ireland’s tallest building. In addition to the new homes, the scheme will include retail and amenity space and represents a significant step in the regeneration of the wider Heuston area.
The project is being delivered through the LDA’s Project Tosaigh initiative and will provide 562 new cost rental homes in a highly accessible location with strong public transport connections and proximity to Dublin city centre.
