We are pleased to have advised Arcus Infrastructure Partners on its agreement to acquire c.74% of TrueNoord, a leading specialist lessor of regional aircraft. Matheson worked alongside Freshfields London in advising Arcus on this matter.
TrueNoord operates predominantly across Europe and North America. Its fleet comprises approximately 111 aircraft. This transaction marks an important step in the organisation’s growth as TrueNoord continues to build a global leased fleet.
